- Shipping -

For pre-made pieces, items ship within 1–3 days of purchase and include tracking information.

For commissioned pieces, shipping occurs upon completion. You’ll be notified when your piece is finished and will receive tracking details via email.

All orders ship via USPS, with typical delivery times between 4–8 days.

If you have special shipping instructions, please include them in the “Add a note” section at checkout.

- Returns / Refunds-

I make every effort to ensure that your item reaches you in perfect condition. However, if the piece arrives damaged, a refund or a replacement will be sent free of charge. You must report damage within 24 hours of receiving the package. Please contact me via email with a photo of the damaged item included.

Please keep in mind that each piece in my shop is a one of a kind original. If the piece arrives damaged and you would like it remade, I would work as swiftly as possible, but it may take 3-4 weeks for me to re-create the piece.

- Cancellations -

I do not accept cancellations once items are already shipped, but please feel free to contact me if you have any concerns with your order.
